Air Ambulance Facilities and Services
Through our partnerships with European medical specialists, using only equipment specifically designed for ICU air ambulance transfers, we can provide state of the art medical care in a unique environment. If needed, we can source aircrafts with augmented capabilities that include highly specialized and advanced devices. Whether you need to arrange or support for an individual patient, or an urgent mass evacuation, we can source a fully equipped aircraft, staffed by a highly trained medical team.
Emergency Medical Flights
Flying on a private jet, when the patient’s medical condition is critical, also presents the advantage of lower cabin pressure compared to commercial flights, which allows for more oxygen on board, better breathing conditions and reduced fatigue for patients and passengers. We assist individuals, businesses, insurance companies, private clinics, and hospitals with pre- or post-op air transportation.

For us to offer prompt assistance, we require detailed information on the patient’s condition and medical record, as well as the contact details of his or her treating doctor and receiving hospital. We also need to establish the exact requirements to provide the correct aircraft accordingly to the Medical Checklist below.

When it comes to air ambulance services, safety is of the utmost importance. That’s why for the last 20 years, Tahseen Aviation Services also dedicated our air charter services to providing Air Ambulance or MEDEVAC services as one of our emergency responses. Frequently Asked Questions
Medevac is an air ambulance service for patients in need of urgent attention. The jets used are specially designed for medical emergencies; carrying the same equipment as a regular ambulance and staffed by emergency doctors, paramedics and nurses. Depending on your needs, you can also charter a larger aircraft, which is essentially a fully-operational flying hospital with an on-board surgery and a full medical team.
Once we have the patient’s key details (their medical history, location and treating hospital) we can have an medevac flight airborne in two hours.
To book the right aircraft for your needs, we’ll need to know the route, the patient’s condition and the contact details of their doctor or hospital. And just like any other charter, we’ll also need the patient’s passport and visa details.
Smaller planes will only have room for the patient and the medical staff, but larger planes can carry close relatives too. If you’d specifically like a larger plane, just let us know when you request a quote.
Yes. The air ambulances operators Victor works with have in-house psychiatrists for psychiatric patients. The psychiatrist is available to support the patient’s families too.
Air ambulances can fly to (and from) anywhere in the world — though long-haul emergency flights may require a stopover.
Every medevac flight comes with a specially-trained team, and they’re the only people allowed to provide medical treatment on board. The patient’s own doctor or nurse can accompany them on the flight, but only as an observer.
In some cases, your air ambulance flight charter will be covered by your health or travel insurance. And either way, Victor can give you a medevac quote in minutes and have an emergency flight airborne in two hours.
